I don’t often say much about the other things I do in here, or other websites I have. But today I wanted to let you all know that I have started my own brand of leather jackets I sell in my own online leather store.

For years I have run a small leather jacket store online called Leather Supreme. I sell several different brands of leather jackets, all top quality and reasonable prices. But I always hated how almost all of them were the same basic black colors.

1st Annual Running of the Chihuahuas at Cocina!

Hey everyone, it’s been a very busy spring for me, lots going on. Speaking of what’s going on, I wanted to give you a heads up about another pet event going on real soon.

It’s the 1st Annual Running of the Chihuahuas at Cocina! For those who don’t know, Cocina is a Tex-Mex restaurant and bar located at 151 Welbourne Avenue East, Winter Park, FL 32789.

The event will take place May 4th, Cinco de Mayo weekend. It’s at 10 AM and anyone can register their doggy to be in the race. All proceeds will benefit Florida little dog rescue and Winter Park lost pets foundation.

I’m not really sure just what kind of race it is, how long it is or too much about it really. I just know it sounds like fun! Check out the Cocina website to find out more and be a part of this cool event! :)

Doggy Art Festival in Winter Park April 7th!

I must say time is flying by for me these days! I’ve been so busy that I almost forgot about the Doggy Art festival coming up this weekend, April 7th!

As it has been for years it takes place right on North Park Ave right outside The Doggie Door store. They close off that portion of the street while the event is going on from 10AM to 4PM.

They always have a lot of pet vendors and pet artist with everything from paintings to sculptures. There is always something unique to see as well as normal pet vendors with food, services and more.

Plus of course there is always several pet rescue groups there with doggies looking for a loving home, so you don’t want to miss that. You just might find that special dog or puppy that will change your life.

So be sure to go to this years Doggy Art festival this weekend, Sunday April 7th from 10AM to 4PM. Your sure to see many unique and fantastic pet art displays plus much more! :)

Don’t buy an Easter bunny and other news

It's the Easter bunny doggy!

Happy Easter everyone! For those with kids I’m sure you’ll be out having them find Easter eggs, maybe going to one of the Easter events going on throughout Orlando. Buying them a big Easter basket with lots of goodies inside.

One thing I hope you DON’T do this Easter is to buy a live bunny for your kids. Just like impulse buys of puppies, a baby rabbit is so cute and hard to say no to. Especially when your kids really want one.

But like all living things they grow up and become a chore to take care of. Then suddenly the cuteness is gone and many find themselves taking their big rabbit to the local pet shelter or even dropping them off in the woods.

So please, please don’t get a bunny for your kids this Easter. They grow up fast and some grow as big as 20 lbs! They can make good pets but they also love to chew on everything, including wires and furniture.

Doggy Derby 2013 Youtube Video!

Hi folks! It’s been a few weeks but I finally have my doggy derby Youtube video live! It was lots of fun and a great day for it. There were a LOT of doggy races, far more than I could record on one video.

But I did manage to capture around 34 or so different races. I got both big dogs and small doggies and all the sizes in between. Some were funny, some where fast. All were fun.

So check out the video above and see if you can spot your dog in a race, or maybe you will see yourself as I took some shots of the park in general.

The cute girl I seemed to focus on a little more than others is my friend Ashley. She was racing her little doggie Jazzie. She won her first race but lost the second time. But she will be back! Anyways enjoy my doggy derby Youtube video! :)

6th annual doggy derby picture gallery!

Well this past weekend was a great one for the 6th annual doggy derby! I was there along with my friends Ashley and others. Ashley entered her little doggy Jazzie and she did win her first race, but not the second one.

To be honest she was set to run but the announcer started over at the last minute. That got poor Jazzie confused and so she hesitated when she was finally set go. But I’m sure that happens a lot, as you could see if you were there.

I was the guy in a red Budweiser t-shirt standing close to the side of the track for a good half hour with a video camera in my hands. I got a lot of the races on film and I’ll be posting another article here soon with the Youtube video I will make of the races.

But I also took a lot of pictures and have made a picture gallery of them you can see below. So go ahead and click on the first one and take a peek. Maybe you’ll see yourself and/or your doggies too! :)
