All are kind, committed and caring animal lovers, who understand the needs of both animals and their caregivers. From the ease of scheduling appointments to the follow up telephone calls, the care and attention you and your pets receive here is second to none. You aren’t just a number at this clinic. I work with a rescue group, and the care they give to the “indigent” animals is every bit as comprehensive and caring as it is to the luckier animals living in forever homes.

Hello, my name is maria and my parents live in kissimmee, Florida. I have serious concerns about the way they treat their animals. they have a shiut zu (hope i’m writing it right) dog that are over due for vaccinations, is 24/7 tied to the collar, they have another dog 24/7 inside a cage because”its too wild”, they feed them with dollar store food or left overs of their food WHEN AND IF THEY REMEMBER, they say yes to anybody that cannot or will not care of their pets to then mistreat them, they don’t bath them, walk them, give them love or touch them because “their hair”, can’t be inside the house because they shed hair and them mom have to clean, so why have them in the first place???? I have asked not to have any pets but my mom said it is “therapy” for my stepfather. they had a chihuahua, named mia. at the beginning it was like with all the others, she was the best thing ever and like with the others they get tired of them and enclose her outside in the cold garage 24/7. pets are let sometimes outside in the yard for days, raining or cold temperatures. when we visit we remind them to feed them, so we think how would the animals eat when we are not there. they should be forbidden to have any type of animal.. How can the county or any other agency remove those pets from their care? how can I prevent them from having any other animal? sometimes they give them away, but they don’t even know if those people are good families Please help me help those animals. I even told them I was willing to take one of the dogs with me back home the last time I visited but they said no. Ultimately, mom gave Mia away which is good, now the shiut zu and the other 2 are left to die alone in the garage or outside in the yard. My stepfather is a veteran and is not well mentally. he does not live in reality and my mom simple does not care. I need help. My siblings are all in agreement but don’t dare to get involved. Most of us live in Massachusetts. Even my youngest sister, who lives in Lakeland, feels the same way. Hope this email reaches you or the right person. I don’t want to hurt them but they are adults that can speak for themselves whenever they need or want something but the animals have no one, they only want someone to love them. Please for God’s sake remove those animals from their care, forbid them to have any more, tell me how can I help, please do not ignore this. Hope to hear from you soon.
