Sebastian Haul Fund, Greyhound rescue group of Orlando

The Sebastian Haul Fund is dedicated to help local groups transport rescued greyhounds from Florida to adoption groups outside of the state where they have higher chances of finding a home.

Established in 2008, this non-profit organization was created in the memory of Sebastian, a loving canine companion.

The money raised by the Sebastian Haul Fund of Orlando can help retired racing greyhounds find responsible, loving homes. The fund supports a large number of organizations, including the Greyhound Pets of America, Greyhound Ranch Adoptions, Inc., and Gold Coast Greyhounds.

Pet lovers who visit the organization’s website can read success stories and view pictures of greyhounds that have been adopted.

The Sebastian Haul Fund caters to members of adoption groups who are dedicated to find “forever homes” for greyhounds. In order to apply, you must complete a brief form with the name of the organization, website address, number of dogs that have been placed in homes by the organization you work for, method of transport and other relevant details.

Make sure you visit the Sebastian Haul Fund website to find out more about the upcoming fundraising events. The organization helps adoption groups facilitate long-distance adoptions.

They do so by attending local events such as The Derby Jubilee & Auction, the Annual Dog Days of Summer Wine & Beer Tasting, the Annual Doggie Art Festival and the Annual Pet Costume Contest.

These events give pet owners and their canine companions a chance to enter competitions, participate to live auctions and win prizes. Most festivals feature live music, pet-inspired artists and gourmet foods.

So if your interested in adopting a greyhound, want to donate to a good cause or volunteer your time or services, check out the Sebastian Haul Fund website today! :)
